Scene #1
Church – Attic – Day

Alastair surprised and pretends to be painfully choking. He coughs politely and says "that tackles"
Sam was stunned that he's was unable to exorcise the demon.
Alastair greets Sam and gives him a smile as he's a patient adult explaining something to an unruly teenager; and he tells Sam that he won't be able to take him on. Then he walks towards Sam, smiles quietly, and backhands him so hard, throws him into a wall knocking him down.
Alastair turns to Dean who's gripping a knife, appears to be a little freaked and looks at Ruby but she backs away terrified from Alastair.
Alastair walks calmly towards Dean. Dean tries to make his move against Alastair with the knife but Alastair escapes it easy; then he grapes Dean's arm, nearly twisted it and says "Hello again Dean"
This throws Dean into a loop as he wonders that the demon knows him!
Ruby's knife on the floor. Alastair gets Dean up against the wall and serenely punches him on the face over and over. Then he friendly asks Dean if he remembers him.
Alastair punches Dean in the gut very hard few times, then kicks him in his head. Dean falls down on the floor bleeding from his nose and lip. Alastair "Oh! I forgot I'm wearing pediatrician" then he kicks Dean in the gut again. Dean spits blood. Alastair continues telling Dean that they were close in hell.
Dean recognizes him and gets this awful recognition look on his face and says "Alastair"


Scene #2
Mental hospital – Anna's room – Day

Anna's room has a plain but comfortable bed, dresser and a nightstand; there're bars on the window.
On a chair across Anna's bed sitting Dr. Regina Walters, she's in her 40s, she's calm, non-judgemental, concerned and a good listener; she's taking notes on a file marked "Milton, Anna"
Anna sitting on the edge of the bed in a hospital gown, she's in her 20s. she's fragile and haunted, her head is so confused and appears to be listening to faraway sound.
Dr. Walter asks Anna if she knows where she is.
Anna gets her attention away from what she imagines to hear. She looks at the Dr. then quickly looks down and plays with her plastic ID bracelet.
Dr. Walters continues talking to Anna and tells her that she's at the Connor Beverly Behavioral Medicine Center, then gently asks her if she knows why she's here.
Anna shrugs and seems to be distracted and uncomfortable sitting there.
Dr. Walters again asks Anna if she remembers what she did.
Anna nods slightly and reluctantly.
Dr. Walters tells Anna that she was hysterical and it took four people to restrain her.
Anna tells the Dr. that she was trying to warn "them". Dr. Walters asks about whom she was trying to warn.
Anna right away answers "everyone" then her voice shows frustration and tells the Dr. not to mind it, as it was stupid.
Dr. Walters asks Anna about what she was trying to warn people about.
Anna shakes her hear not a word. But Dr. Walter patiently looks at Anna and waits for her to answer.
Anna looks a sidelong quiet look and about to walk. Finally she talks and tells the Dr. she knows that she thinks her nuts and Anna herself knows that she sounds nuts but "it's true"
Dr. Walters comforts Anna and tells her that she's here to listen.
Anna looks at Dr. Walters then looks away and says with lots of emotions as she knows that everyone she loves will die horribly and soon "the end is coming. The apocalypse."
Dr. Walters nods as she of course heard the same stuff before, and she writes down some notes. Anna's diagnosis now clear. After a while she asks Anna if the apocalypse she means is the same as the one mentioned in the bible.
Anna answers her that it's the same as in the general concept, then explains that demon Lilith is trying to break the sixty six seals and breaks Lucifer from hell which will bring the apocalypse. Anna meets the Dr.'s eyes and continues telling the Dr. to "smoke them if you get them"
So Dr. Walters notes say that Anna is suffering "persecutory delusion", "paranoia" and "religious fantasies".
Suddenly Anna appears to be dreamy, distant and distracted listening to that imaginary sound again.
Dr. Walters "Anna" her voice brings Anna's attention back again. Anna apologizes. Dr. Walters asks Anna about what she was doing.
Anna tells her that she was just listening.
While Dr. Walters making notes, asks Anna about the fact that there're sixty six seals as she mentioned before.
Anna tells the Dr. that there might be sixty thousand possible seals but Lilith only has to break sixty six, then she makes a note that no one knows which sixty six she will break.
Dr. Walters "I see"
Anna looks out of the window through the bars sad and an anxious. Then continues by saying that's why it's almost impossible to stop Lilith, why angels lose and why everyone is going to die.
Dr. Walters tells Anna that she will give a prescription.
Anna looks at the Dr. not surprised to hear this from her while Dr. Walter is writing the prescription of "stelazine"


Scene #3
Crossroads at night

Ruby steps into the middle of an abandoned crossroads. She takes out a hex bag from her jacket pocket and lights it with a "zippo". It burns fast. she drops it in the center of the crossroads flaming and she greets it.
Suddenly Alastair shows over her shoulder "Hello, Ruby"
Ruby spins and says "Alastair"
Alastair walks forward calmly and gently; then he tells Ruby that he's surprised to see her out in the open. Ruby in sarcastic tells him "desperate times". Alastair agrees with her and asks her if she's going to use the knife against him. Ruby answers him right away that she's not that stupid and she just wants to talk.
Alastair asks her about what she wants to talk about, and in a sarcastic way if it's about how a demon protects an angel so she should be a demon. Ruby tells him that she knows that she's not that good at this demon games and that she didn't want to get involved in the middle of "this angel business".
Alastair asks her of what she suggests. Ruby tells him that she will give the angel to him. Alastair asks about what it costs.
Ruby tells him that the cost will be letting her and both Winchester boys go.
Alastair thinks about her offer then says to Ruby that she's already "devious" and "cowardly" as he heard about her.
Ruby wonders about what he thinks about the offer.
Alastair tells her that it's an interesting offer. Then suddenly two strong big demons appear on either side of Ruby, they grab her as she struggles to free her self but there was no way out as the element of surprise was on the demons' side.
Alastair approaches Ruby runs his fingers around her lips in a creepy, sexual and invasive way and tells her to give him the angel "her" and he will kill everyone anyway!.

Scene #4
Church – Attic – Day

Sam calls Anna and tells her that they're not going to hurt her.
Dean tries to tell her that they're here to help her but before he finishes the word he suddenly sees something, he avoids it and warns Sam…then a two feet Virgin Mary statue falls a them.
Sam ducks while the statue past and crashes into the wall.
Sam and Dean exchange a look when they hear Anna "Sam? Not Sam Winchester?" . Sam and Dean look up and there she is Anna standing there in some casual clothes she may found in a shelter, tense and her eyes wide.
Sam answers her surprised "yeah"
The Anna asks "then you're …. Dean? The Dean?"
Dean in confusion but flattered confirms that's him. Sam rolls his eyes
With Dean's confirmation Anna's face lights up and again repeats her wondering to Dean if it's really him then tells him that the angels are talking about him.
The bys stand there in a big surprise as it's the last thing they expected to hear.
Anna steps down closer to the boys directs her words to Dean and tells him that Castiel pulled him out of hell as some of the angels think he can save "us" then she directs he words to Sam and tells him that there're some of them don't like him at all. She continues telling both of them she feels she knows them as angels talk a lot about them lately.
Sam and Dean exchange a look as they find what she says weird.
Dean asks her if she talk to angels. Anna right away tells him that she doesn't and they may even don't know about her, she just over hears them.
Sam "overhear?"
Anna tells Sam that sometimes when angels talk she just hears them in her head.
Dean "like….right now?" . Anna says that not at the very moment but she hears them a lot and they seem to be many.
Dean tries to get the idea as it new for him, and with his sarcastic way jokes telling her that they locked her up with the crazy but she was just turning into angels' radio.
Anna tries to hold her emotions as finally she's believed then says "yes". Sam steps in the conversation and asks her about her ability to move things by thinking. She tells him that it started after the voices. Sam again asks her if she remembers when. Anna tells Sam that she can exactly tell him when, it was September eighteenth.
After hearing that Sam and Dean exchanged a look then Dean says that's the same day he got out of the hell.
Anna continues by telling them that the very first words she heard were very clear "Dean Winchester is saved"
Dean makes a comment to Anna that's now they know why demons want her; then he goes on that they want her to be aware of what's happening on the other side and call her "976-angel". Anna smile as she finds it funny then she remembers her parents and asks the boys if they know her parents are ok, and tells them she was afraid to go home. Sam and Dean exchange a look because they don't want to give her the bad news but Anna sees that and gets worried…just then Ruby enters.
Anna get afraid and tense when seeing Ruby. Ruby says to the boys that's good that they got the girl and tells them to get her and ready to leave.
Anna back into the corner and says "her face…" but Sam comforts Anna and tells her that Ruby is here to help.

Scene #5
Abandoned cabin at night

Anna gives Ruby a shy smile and tells her that she's different than the other demon as she save her life.
Dean in his usual sarcastic way "I hear she does that" then Ruby gives Dean a strange wondering look, and he looks back at her but not an argumentative or challenging look which makes Ruby surprised.
Sam smiles while watching this Dean and Ruby.
Suddenly Anna calls Sam. Sam turns so she asks him if she can make a phone call to her parents to tell them she's fine.
Sam and dean exchange a quick and uncomfortable look then Sam sits beside Anna and takes a deep breath.
Anna looks at Sam's face and asks him "what?" . Sam "your parents…".
Anna asks "what about them?" . Sam tell her that he's sorry. So Anna in a shock " no … they're not…" Sam again tells her that he's sorry. Anna keeps saying "no" but Sam nods confirming it so she gets deep grief. Then she asks with anger and pain what it's happening to her. Sam tells her that he doesn't know why. Anna sobs in hopeless grief .
Sam and Dean are silent too as they know how she feels.
Suddenly Anna stops and crocks her head, gets distracted and her eyes widen.
Sam asks her about what's going on.
Anna whispers in fear "they're coming"
